Darksiders III - Force Fullscreen (Workaround)

As soon the "THQNORDIC" logo appears on the screen,

        Hold "Alt" then press "Enter" twice (2 x time)

   - at first "Enter" press, the game goes "Window" mode!

   - at second "Enter" press, the game goes "FullScreen" mode!

(In case "THQNORDIC" logo already passed)

 - Do the above as soon you can control "Fury" in game!

(Note)

 - The above will not work while in game "Menus"!

 - you must repeat this everytime the game is launched!

Force other resolutions (by editing settings file):

- go to:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Darksiders3\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor

(Notes):
%LOCALAPPDATA% = C:\Users\{User Name}\AppData\Local        (Vista+ Only)

- then open "GameUserSettings.ini"

- change "ResolutionSizeX" and "ResolutionSizeY" to what you want! (x=width, y=height)

Example:

ResolutionSizeX=1066
ResolutionSizeY=600

or

ResolutionSizeX=800
ResolutionSizeY=450

Correct Resolutions - No Menu\Subtitle\Tutorials image cropped:

    1024x576   
    1066x600
    800x450

    896x504 (equivalent to 800x600)

Incorrect Resolutions - Menu\Subtitle\Tutorials image are cropped:

Allow TouchPad Button Clicks And Mouse Movements When Keyboard Keys Are Being Pressed

Most laptops touchpad's driver software disable touchpad mouse movements when keyboard keys are being pressed in order to prevent typing problems\issues!

In the other hand, "Windows 10" has an option that disables touchpad button clicks instead mouse movements for the same reason mentioned above (Apparently)!

For Gamers who use laptop's touchpad to play games they will be unable to move camera or attack in game while, for example, pressing keyboard "WSAD" keys in order to make the main character move!

To fix the above problem, do the following:

Windows 10 - Allow TouchPad Button Clicks

Synaptics - Allow TouchPad Mouse Movement (Example 1)

Synaptics - Allow TouchPad Mouse Movement (Example 2)

Stretch to Screen Games while in Fullscreen Mode

When Windows Desktop uses the recommend or the highest resolution, most gpu control panels don't show the "Stretch to Screen" image scale option in order to prevent black areas on the screen edges while using applications, such games, in fullscreen mode with low resolutions!

- all you have to do is to change your Windows desktop resolution to a lower resolution

  (When you do this, you will notice black areas on your screen edges! If not, lower the resolution even more!)

- Then go to the gpu control panel, and select "Stretch to Screen" in image scale option. (the black areas on your screen edges will go away!)

  (if "Stretch to Screen" option is still not available, lower your desktop resolution even more and try again!)

- then change your desktop resolution back to it's recommended or highest resolution

  (the gpu control panel may hide "Stretch to Screen" option again, but the option is already saved\enabled! - No need to worry!)

- After that, when you play a video game with low resolutions in fullscreen mode, you will notice no black areas on your screen edges!

Tested with Intel HD Graphics 3000 gpu, some Nvidea and ATI\AMD gpus!
