1 - Go to this link:
https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug
2 - Then paste your YouTube video link inside the input field and click on "Debug" button
3 - Look for "When and how we last scraped the URL" and click on the "Scrap Again" button
4 - After that, if the correct video thumbnail is displayed, the problem is fixed!
Go to your Facebook page and share the youtube video again!
